- Payment Terms: Payment in full is required at the time of purchasing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Website and the retail shop.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. The displayed price for any product is subject to change without notice.
- Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed securely. However, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment providers.
6. Availability
- Product Availability: Our Product displayed on the website – are subject to product availability in the retail shop.
7. Delivery and Delivery Fees
- Delivery Service: We strive to deliver your purchase within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and your location, also based on the Postal service efficiency.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the purchase. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated during the process.
- Risk and Title: Title and risk of loss for delivered products pass to you upon successful delivery as per our shipping policy.
8. Customs, Duties, Duty free and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or delivery fees and must be paid by you upon delivery.
9. Warranties & Refund in Relation to Our Goods
- Quality Assurance: We offer a Two (2) warranty on our solid gold and diamond jewellery. It covers any issues caused by a manufacturing fault—specifically, any issues caused by a defect in the making. We warrant that our goods are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period, where applicable.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. The manufacturing warranty excludes damage or loss caused by not carrying out the repairs required to preserve the piece’s structural integrity as part of the included care plan.
- Claim Process: Should you discover any defects in our products, please contact us at info@shinycojewels.com with your Order details, and we will address your concerns in accordance with our warranty policy.
9.1 Refund and Exchange:
At Shiny & Co. Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery.
1. Refund: If your item has a manufacturing fault or defect, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement within 7 days of receipt.
- Items that are custom-made, personalised, resized, or engraved are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
- We cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned with all original tags, certificates, and proof of purchase.
- Items with signs of intentional damage or misuse may not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Change of Mind Returns:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
3. Security Tag Policy
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, each item will be fitted with a tamper-proof tag.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if this tag is removed or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
4. General Conditions
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, certificates, and proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether it meets the return/exchange conditions. Items with signs of intentional damage or misuse may not be accepted.
- All returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We do not take responsibility for any damaged or stolen or lost items during the transit, all returned items must be returned to New Market Showroom.

The content on our Website is provided on an “as is” basis.
